U. S Air Force Academy (USAFA). The contract start date is 1 April, 2006,
with an end date of 30 September, 2010, given all
option years are exercised. This award, CSR’s fourth meteorological contract
in the last 2 years, continues our success in the meteorological area.
CSR wins information technology
(IT) support contract for the 542 Electronic Warfare Group (542 EWSG) and the
542 ESG of the 542 CSW at Warner
RobinsAirLogisticsCenter
(WR-ALC). The value of the 1 year contract is $650,000; CSR anticipates a
follow-on award in excess of $2,500,000.
The Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) has recently awarded Control Systems Research (CSR), ValparaisoFL,
a $5,770,088 Contract Weather Observation Program Group 4 contract. This
award is our initial contract with the FAA. This award doubles CSR personnel
(over 50 employees) and expands our geographical presence to the northeast
with off-site employees at Buffalo International Airport (Buffalo, NY), John
F. Kennedy International (Jamaica NY), La Guardia International (New York,
NY), Greater Rochester International (Rochester, NY), Bradley International
(Windsor Locks, CT), and Long Island Mac Arthur Airport,(Islip, NY).

another Contract Weather Observation contract. The contract is to service the
Bangor, Maine,
and Grand Forks, North Dakota, commercial airports. The
contract is for 5 years and is valued at $953,596.
Control Systems Research,
Inc. (CSR), announced the award of the National
Guard Bureau, Contracting Support, Arlington,
Virginia, for meteorological
services. The project provides meteorological services at Otis ANGB MA, Pease
ANGB NH, Selfridge ANGB MI, Alpena CRTC, MI, Buckley AFB, CO, Kingsley Field,
OR, and Los Alamitos AAF CA. Services provided
include, but are not limited to, weather observing, weather forecasting,
weather briefing, staff support, equipment, materials, tools, supervision and
other items and services necessary to provide meteorological support as
desired The contract is for five years with a total value of $9,535,065. This
award will add 41 new employees to CSR and is the largest award CSR has ever
won.

Inc. (CSR), announced the award of the GPS
Integrated Support Facility manning support contract from Robins AFB. The
value of the 5 year contract is $2,900,000. This purpose of this effort is to
provide support for the Global Positioning Systems Joint Service Support
Management Office (JSSMO) Integrated Support Facility (ISF). Within the
context of this document, support shall include Program Manager Support,
Engineering Support, Technical and Engineering Support of GPS USER ISF
equipment, ISF Repair and Maintenance Support and Security.
Control Systems Research,
Inc. (CSR), announced the award of the GPS
Integrated Support Facility systems engineering support contract from Robins
AFB. The value of the 5 year contract is $2,500,000. This purpose of this
effort is to provide support for the Global Positioning Systems Joint Service
Support Management Office (JSSMO) Integrated Support Facility (ISF). for engineering services for the completion, continued
update and modernization of the Global Positioning System (GPS) Integrated
Support Facility (ISF) simulator hardware and software. The objective is to
replace non-supportable simulator equipment with standard
commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components whenever possible. The tasks to be
performed include trade-off studies, analysis reports, and hardware and
software evaluations.
The U.S. Navy awarded an
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts to Control
Systems Research that will provide for competition for service requirements solicited
by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval
Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift
Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs,
and the Marine Corps. The government estimates a maximum of $5,300,000,000 of
services will be procured per year via orders issued under the SeaPort-e multiple award contracts. The awards have a
three-year base period with one five-year award term and one additional
two-year award term.
