Open Positions:SR ANALYST/ENGINEER: Performs a variety of OT&E-related analysis/engineering tasks, either independently or under supervision, which are broad in nature within the scope of the AFOTEC ETS PWS. Tasks include operational assessments of systems, system-of-systems, and/or Joint Force OT&E to support determination of their effectiveness, suitability, and/or utility. Tasks also include support of ancillary OT&E activities. Knowledgeable of personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment relevant to the OT&E. Tasks also include support of ancillary OT&E activities. Knowledgeable of personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment relevant to OT&E. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software validation. Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related fields required. Aircrew experience utilizing mission planning software a plus. The individual should work and communicate well within a team that consists of several engineering disciplines. Location: Valparaiso, FL GIS Developer: Experience with development of web based applications and programming applications within an ESRI environment is required. US citizenship required. Should be able to show and demonstrate developed applications. The GIS Developer will provide GIS application development of ArcGIS extensions, ArcIMS and ArcServer development, deployment, and maintenance. Will utilize the ability to develop functional applications from use case descriptions, write and debug code, create application user documentation, maintain web applications and software releases. Experience in developing software within a CMMI disciplined environment. Will design and develop applications to meet the end users requirements while maintaining, documenting, and testing source code, development of programmer's manual and end user's guide. Provide configuration management database administration, and software architecture. Provide consultation, guidance, recommendations, and solutions on existing and new applications to meet user requirements. Must have - B.S. Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline 4 years of professional experience ability to analyze user requirements and translate into GIS applications. Willing to travel - U.S. Have security clearance. Experience with ArcGIS, ArcIMS, ArcServer and ArcSDE, Visual Basic, Java Script, HTML?JS?CSS, XML, ASP, .NET Apache/IIS, Oracle and SQL Server. Location: Valparaiso, FL Software Engineer (Reference Code: JA-08-007): This position requires a BS in Computer Science plus 4-6 years experience working directly with C++ application code using Microsoft Visual Stuipd and MFC. Tasks include working with Object-oriented methods and programming in the Windows environment, interfacing MIL-STD GPS/INS equipment with PCs across multiple interfaces using highly specialized software. Background in electrical engineering, experience with aircraft avionics busses )including MIL-STD 1553), familiarity with PC architectures, RS-232/422, and Ethernet communications protocols highly desired.
